Knee to Elbow Plank

  1. Begin in a tall plank position, toes and hands on floor
  2. Press chest away from floor, keeping shoulder blades broad on back
  3. While keeping body as still as possible, bend at the knee and hip of the working leg, point the knee out to the side as you bring knee to elbow or upper arm
  4. Return to plank
  5. Repeat opposite side
